Depending on what we discover in our consultations, sometimes I might recommend further testing – there is a range of tests you can have in order to get a clear picture of what’s happening with your health.

Blood Tests, please bring along any blood test results you may have had recently; there might be some recommendations to have further tests done.

Allergy or Food Intolerance Tests, underlying food intolerances may be the cause of health issues such as headaches, skin conditions, bloating, abdominal pains, constipation, or diarrhoea, sinus congestion and fluid retention. A sample of hair is taken and sent to test for food, additives and environmental irritants.

Mineral Status and Heavy Metal Toxicity, measures the concentrations of minerals and heavy metals that have accumulated in the hair tissue over time. The test provides reliable clinical data on over 35 nutrient and toxic minerals – it also examines the status of cellular activity.

Adrenal Hormonal Profile, this non-invasive salivary test accurately measures bio-active levels of cortisol and other adrenal hormones in the body.
