Now for my qualifications …

I have worked in the area of nutrition for over 20 years, and because of a passion for using herbs as medicine, I went on to complete a Bachelor of Naturopathy and a Diploma in Herbal Medicine at Wellpark College.

I integrate modern naturopathic and nutritional medicine with an evidence-based approach using the latest scientific research, along with the traditional foundations to treat wholistically, using a lifestyle approach.

I am also a member of the NMHNZ.
